What does a coaching engagement actually look like in practice?
Most engagements run on a weekly cadence. We start with a structured diagnosis of your accounts, supplier flow, and reporting, then work through bottlenecks in order of revenue impact. Sessions are working sessions, not lectures. You leave each one with decisions made and actions assigned, and you check in async between sessions when something breaks.
Do you only work with COD ecommerce?
COD is where we have the most operating experience, especially in MENA, India, and Southeast Asia. We've also done meaningful work with prepaid Shopify brands and hybrid models. We turn down anything outside ecommerce.
How long is the engagement?
Typical engagements run three months minimum, because that's the time it takes to ship changes through the funnel and see them compound. We also run shorter sprints for specific problems, like a single account audit, a launch plan for a new offer, or a hiring sequence for the first media buyer.
Do you take equity?
Occasionally, when the founder explicitly prefers it and the unit economics make sense. Most engagements are fee-based, sometimes with a small performance kicker tied to a specific KPI that we both agree is the right one to watch.
What size of business is the right fit?
Operators doing between $50k and $5M a month usually get the highest leverage from coaching. Below that, you typically need to do the work yourself. Above it, you usually need a fractional operator embedded in the team, not a coach on a weekly call.
Where are you based?
The practice is registered in Dubai. Most of the work is remote, on calls with operators wherever they're scaling. We travel to client sites when the situation calls for it, particularly for ops and supplier audits where you need eyes on the warehouse.
Do you replace our existing media buyer or agency?
No. We work with whoever is in the seat, not against them. If there's a fit problem with the existing setup, we'll say so directly and help map the transition cleanly. Replacing the team is a separate decision the founder makes.
How is pricing structured?
Monthly retainer with a clear scope, a working session cadence, and async access in between. Some engagements include a deliverables-based phase up front, such as an audit, a 90-day plan, or a scoreboard. We share pricing once we understand the situation; the fit conversation is at no cost.
